Corn Souffle

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp margarine
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 (17oz) can cream style corn
  • 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350. Melt margarine. Add flour, sugar and salt. Stir until smooth. Slowly add milk. Heat to bubbly. Remove from heat. Combine corn and eggs. Add corn/egg mixture to margarine mixture and pour into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish, sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake 1 hour.
