Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vege oil
- 1 lb. boneless chicken, cubed
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 medium green pepper and 1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
In skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil. Add onions and peppers. Cook until tender. Stir in soup and soy sauce. Serve over rice
