Vegan Mango Lassi

Silky, ripe mangoes and a combination of creamy coconut milk and flaxmilk are the keys to getting the decadent texture of this drink just right.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, pitted, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 cups vanilla flaxmilk
  • 1 cup ice cubes (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk

Preparation

Step 1

Purée all ingredients in a blender and serve. Or chill before serving if desired.
