Indian-Spiced Salmon with Basmati Rice

Very simple recipe that makes for a nice change from a standard grilled salmon.

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- dash of salt and pepper
- 4 skinless salmon fillets
- Cooking spray
- Rice (to serve)
Preparation
Step 1
Coat a baking tray with cooking spray and preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
Combine the spices and rub evenly over the salmon. Place on tray and bake in oven for 8-12 minutes or until done.
Serve with rice and a side vegetable.
