Very simple recipe that makes for a nice change from a standard grilled salmon.

Ingredients

  • ½

    tsp ground ginger

  • ½

    tsp garam masala

  • ½

    tsp ground coriander

  • ¼

    tsp ground turmeric

  • dash of salt and pepper

  • 4

    skinless salmon fillets

  • Cooking spray

  • Rice (to serve)

Directions

Coat a baking tray with cooking spray and preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Combine the spices and rub evenly over the salmon. Place on tray and bake in oven for 8-12 minutes or until done. Serve with rice and a side vegetable.
