Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup Wesson Oil
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 2 1/2 cups cake flour
• 2 teasp baking powder
• 1 teasp salt
• 1 teasp soda
• 1 Tblsp vanilla
• 1 cup pecans
• 3 cups apple chips (Winesap)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Combine all ingredients except apples and nuts. After mixed well hand stir in apples and nuts. Butter and flour Bundt Pan and bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 300 degrees.
