Ingredients
- Topping:
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Butter, softened
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 1/2 Cups Blueberries
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/3 Cup Flour
- 1/4 Cup Butter
Preparation
Step 1
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Cream sugar and butter; add egg. Combine flour mixture and creamed mixture until crumbly. Add the liquid all at once and stir until blended. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
