Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar (or white-wine vinegar)
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Peel cucumbers, and slice in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds. Thinly slice, and toss with vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving.
