Ingredients
- 1 lb. (4 C.) shredded hash brown potatoes
- 2 C. whipping cream
- 1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 4 ramekins with pam. 1 C. size ramekins. Mix hashbrowns, cream, 1 1/4 C. cheese, salt and pepper.
Spoon into ramekins and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake until browned.
