Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425.

Break tough ends off asparagus and lay on a foil lined cookie sheet. Brush asparagus with olive oil. Combine salt, garlic pepper, and oregano. Sprinkle over asparagus.

Roast in oven for 10-15 minutes until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes.
