Stuffing-Stuffed Mushrooms

The best way ever to use leftover stuffing! Have considered making a whole new batch of stuffing just to be able to make these mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 16 large white mushrooms (about a pound), stemmed
- 1 1/2 cups leftover stuffing
- 1 T grated parmesan cheese
- EVOO for drizzling
Preparation
Step 1
Fill mushroom caps with stuffing. Place on a rimmed baking sheet, sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
