Ingredients
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2-4 salmon fillets
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl mix maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper.Place salmon in a greased glass baking dish and coat fillets with maple syrup mixture. Cover, marinate in fridge or 30 minutes, turning once after 15 minutes. Heat oven to 400. Uncover and bake salmon 20 minutes (baking time depends on the thickness of fillets) or till it flakes easily with a fork.
