Ingredients
- 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 pounds of beef Chuck
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- instant meet tenderizer
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine the first eight ingredients and water. Boil approximately 20 min.
2. Cool. Add meat. Refrigerate overnight (used tenderizer as directions on the bottle)
3. Red peppers, meet, and onion on skewers.
4. Broil 15 min., brush with marinade. Turn to evenly brown.
