Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 3 apples
- 4 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp tyme
- 1/8 cup maple syrup
- 1/8 cup ciar vinegar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a sauce pan over medium heat.
Add onions,ginger,and white sugar(1 tbsp.) and cook 10-12 minutes. Add the apples,brown sugar,thyme,maple syrup,cider vinegar,lemon juice,a little salt, and nutmeg. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until thick sauce forms.
