Crock Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 30 oz bag of frozen shredded hash browns (OreIda)
  • 3 14 oz cans of chicken broth
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1 package cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all but cream cheese in a crock pot. Cook on low heat 6 - 8 hours. About 1 hour before serving add cream cheese. Keep heating until cream cheese is melted. Serve with cheese, bacon, onions and sour cream.
