Ingredients
- 2 Tsp oil, saute 1 Tbs peeled minced ginger, 1 cup rice-30 seconds. Stir 1 cup water, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup coconut milk, bring to boil. reduce heat, cook 15 mins
- puree 1 cup coconut milk, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 Tbs lime juice, 2 cups spinach and 1 tsp sugar in a blender.
