BBQ Chicken Thighs

A perfect summer dinner with potato salad and tossed green salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • BBQ sauce to coat

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat grill on high. Place chicken thighs in large ziploc bag and pour BBQ sauce in to coat. Seal bag and shake chicken until thoroughly coated.

Place chicken thighs on grill (reduce heat to medium-high) and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until done.

Serve with potato salad, mashed potatoes or french fries.
