Salads - Strawberry Nut Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large Strawberry Jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 2 – 10 oz packages frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 – 20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 – 12 oz Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve jello in boiling water; fold in strawberries. Mix nuts and pineapple, add to jello. Pour ½ mixture into mold or dish. Chill until firm. Spread Cool Whip on top after chilled. Gently pour remaining jello mixture over Cool Whip.
