Ingredients
- Four 6-oz. skin-on, center-cut salmon fillets
- 1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
Preparation
Step 1
1.Arrange salmon, skin side down, on foil-lined baking sheet; season. Mix mashed potatoes and dill; layer on salmon. Bake at 300° for 10 minutes; run under broiler to brown potatoes.
