Seafood - Shrimp Casserole (Faye Childre)

Ingredients

  • Cook 1 1/2 lbs. Shrimp in Crab Boil. Clean, arrange in casserole (1 1/2 qt size) and pour the following over the shrimp:
  • 1 can of cream of celery soup, 1 small can of mushrooms (2 oz can stems and pieces, drained)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teasp Worcester Sauce, 3 shakes of Tobasco, salt and flavored salt

Preparation

Step 1

Put in greased baking dish and crumble Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350 for 30 min.

Serve over rice.
