Ingredients
- 6 double graham crackers (1 1/2 double grahams equal 1 bread)
- 1 small box instant sugar free vanilla pudding made according to box but with skimmed milk
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple in its own juice
- 1 cup sliced strawberries (use 1 cup whole strawberries and slice)
- 1 cup Cool Whip
Preparation
Step 1
Layer: Graham crackers, pudding, banana, pineapple, strawberries and Cool Whip)
¼ of that is 1 bread, 1 milk, 1 fruit, 50 optional calories
