Baked Fish (Salmon,Tilapia, etc.)

  • Gold Coast Crab

Preparation

Step 1

Place fish of choice on a flat bed of aluminum foil. Lay fish flat. Spread crab on top of fish about 1/2 inch to cover entire fish. Make a pouch with the foil. This will the fish not dry out.
Place pouch in a 400 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
Fish will be almost cooked. Take the fish out, open foil and put on broil for a couple of minutes, just to sear up the fish. Do not over cook.
