Turkey Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts homemade turkey/chicken broth
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 1 c. frozen corn
  • 1/2 c. leftover rice
  • 2 c. leftover turkey, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place all the ingredients in a cooking pot, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve.
