Balsamic Green Beans

Probably the best green beans we've ever eaten!

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen green beans
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Bring 1 cup water to a boil in a large skillet. Add green beans; cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain water; add butter and garlic, stirring to coat evenly. Add balsamic vinegar and Parmesan; season with salt and pepper. Cover and allow to sit until cheese melts.
