Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 (2-lb) bag hash browns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 to 3 tbsp onion
  • 1 ( 16) container of sour cream
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 al mozzarella cheese, grated
  • potato chips, crushed
  • lightly pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 7 ingredients and pepper in a 9 x12 inch baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake for one hour at 375 degrees. Delicious, quick and easy!
