Ingredients
- 1 (2-lb) bag hash browns
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 to 3 tbsp onion
- 1 ( 16) container of sour cream
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 al mozzarella cheese, grated
- potato chips, crushed
- lightly pepper

Step 1
Mix first 7 ingredients and pepper in a 9 x12 inch baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake for one hour at 375 degrees. Delicious, quick and easy!
