Homemade Noodles

Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 2 t salt
  • 1 T water
  • 2-1/3 About 2-1/3 c flour

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, salt and water, slightly. Add flour about 1/2 cup at a time and mix. Keep adding flour until dough is stiff. Turn out on floured board and knead lightly. Cut dough in 4 pieces and roll through pasta maker. Cut with pasta maker and hang on rack until dry, at least two hours.
