Ingredients
- Glaze:
- strawberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tb. white karo syrup
- 2 Tb. corn starch
- 1 pkg. strawberry jell-o
Preparation
Step 1
In a baked pie shell, fill with fresh strawberries (DO NOT SLICE).
Cook the glaze until thick and clear. When cool pour over strawberries. Chill and top with Cool Whip. Can also be used on fresh peaches using peach jell-o instead of strawberry.
