Tweety Cookies

Tweety cookies are also known as cowboy cookies, just think of them as chocolate chip cookies made even better!

Ingredients

• 2 sticks Fleischmann's margarine
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 cups Quaker Oats
• 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream margarine and sugars by hand.

Add eggs and mix well.

Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Add oatmeal and vanilla.

Add chocolate chips.

Use small ice cream scooper or tablespoon to drop cookies on baking sheet.

Bake at 350°F degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
