Beef and Cheese Roll

Ingredients

  • dried beef
  • one pound of Velveeta cheese
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • six slices of bacon
  • crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Place dried beef flat on some waxed paper, overlapping each other, making a rectangle. Melt one pound of Velveeta cheese and 3 oz. cream cheese. Cook six slices of bacon and crumble. Spread the cheese mixture over the dried beef. Sprinkle the bacon crumbs on top. Roll it up like you would cinnamon rolls. Put the roll on aluminum foil and wrap. Keep in refrigerator overnight and cut thin slices to serve with crackers.
