Asparagus and Shallots

Sauteed asparagus and shallots.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 medium sized shallot
  • 1 tb unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation

Step 1

Cut asparagus on a bias in I inch pieces. Cook shallots and butter in skillet for about one minute. Add asparagus and cook until tender. Salt and pepper.
