Ingredients
- 1 Pld chicken
- 1 Jar salsa
- 1 Cup frozen corn
- 1/4 Cup BBQ sause
- 1/2 Tsp cumin
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Jar queso dip
- 1 Cup mexican cheese
- 1 Cup sour cream
- Tortillas
- Tortilla chips
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cooked chicken, salsa, corn, BBQ sause, and cumin in sausepan, heat. Brush buttler over tortillas. Spread 1 Cup on mixture into middle of tortillas. Heat for 2 minutes on each side. Spread queso over top of tortilla. Sprinkle mexican cheese, tortilla chips and sour cream. Serve
