Strawberry Pizza

Ingredients

• 1 18oz sugar cookie dough roll
• 1 8oz cream cheese
• 1/3 c. sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• sliced strawberries
• store bought strawberry glaze

Preparation

Step 1

Spread cookie dough on cookie sheet or pizza pan and bake for 12 minutes. Cool completely

Cream together: 1 8oz cream cheese, 1/3 c. sugar, and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Spread on cooled crust.

Place sliced strawberries on the top along with other sliced fruit if you want. Then drizzle the store bought strawberry glaze on top.
