  • 1 can whole corn (with liquid)
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 carton sour cream (3/4 of a 16 oz carton)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup margarine (softened)
  • 1 box jiffy cornmeal mix
  • salt and pepper to season

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
