Ingredients
- 1 can whole corn (with liquid)
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 carton sour cream (3/4 of a 16 oz carton)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup margarine (softened)
- 1 box jiffy cornmeal mix
- salt and pepper to season
Preparation
Step 1
Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
