Banana Split Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 large box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tub (12 oz) Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cup milk
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 can cherry pie filling or fresh strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and bake cake according to package directions in a 10 x 16 inch pan and allow to cool. Mix cream cheese and milk with beater. Add pudding; mix and spread mixture on cake. Spread the crushed pineapple on cake; slice the bananas lengthwise and place on top. Cover with Cool Whip and top with cherry pie filling or strawberries. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
