Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb tricolor rotini cooked and drained
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 medium green pepper diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets fresh and raw
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets fresh and raw
  • 1 cup pepperoni diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1 cup mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 1 jar Salad Supreme
  • 1 16 oz bottle Italian Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Slice, dice, and cube vegetables, meat, and cheese. Cook and drain pasta.
Add vegetables, meat, and cheese in amounts desired. Add 1/2 jar salad supreme, mix and then to taste.
Add entire bottle of dressing.
Mix well and cover.
Refrigerate overnight. Check next day. May have to add slightly more Italian dressing.
