Ingredients
- 1 can (6 oz) white crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 4 oz (1/2 of 8 oz. pkg.) cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Egg roll wraps
- Oil for deep fat frying
Preparation
Step 1
Mix first four ingredients together and put a spoonful on the center of each eggroll wrap. Pinch all four corners together. Deep fat fry.
