Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. velveeta cheese
- 1 pint half and half
- 4 1/2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 stick margarine
- salt and pepper
- 2lb package frozen hash brown potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Melt first 4 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Add salt and pepper. Place frozen hash browns in 9x3 dish. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake uncovered at 350 degree for 1 hour.
