Ingredients
- 1 bag oscar meyer bacon bits
- 3 roma tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 4 oz shredded swiss cheese or 6-7 slices chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 (10oz) can refrigerated flaky biscuit
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Mix together bacon bits, tomatoes, onion and cheese in bowl. Combine mayo and basil. Mix into bowl of bacon and tomatoes. Seperate biscuits into 2 thinner halves. Press biscuits halves into bottom of 9x13 baking dish until completely covering bottom. Spread bacon mixture over top of biscuits. Bake 25-30 minutes or until puffed and brown.
