Party Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 (15.3 oz) box Hungry Jack Mashed Potatoes (about 7 cups)
• 6 c. water
• 1 1/2 sticks butter
• 2 tsp. garlic salt
• 2 tsp. onion salt
• 2 c. milk
• 2 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
• paprika
• chives (optional)
• 16 oz. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Heat water, butter, garlic & onion salts to boil in large saucepan. Remove from heat. Add cream cheese, milk & sour cream. Stir until smooth. Stir in potatoes. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Spread into Pam coated 9x13 baking dish.

Sprinkle with paprika and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover for the last 15 minutes to allow to brown.

Can refrigerate up to 48 hours before baking. Can be garnished with chives.
