Ingredients
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 2 seeded jalapeños
- 4 unpeeled garlic cloves
- 1/2 c minced onion
- 1/2 lb sliced mushrooms
- olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1/2 c chicken broth
- lime
- chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1) broil halved plum tomatoes, jalapeños skin side up and garlic cloves til charred about 6 minutes
2)peel the garlic and chop with the vegetables. sauté the onions and mushrooms in olive oil and salt for about 8 minutes
3) add tomato mixture, broth and parsley and cook 5 minutes. stir in juice of the lime
