Ingredients
- 1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
