- 4 pounds Rolled Brisket of Beef
- 1 1/2 ounce Dry onion soup mix
- 14 ounces Jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 cup Water
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350 degF (180 degC). Combine all ingredients and pour over brisket, using enough water to cover. Cover and bake for 3 hours. Slice while warm and return slices to pot to absorb juice.
Re-heat just before serving
