Ingredients
- 4 fat free tortillas
- 1/2 cup crumbled, low-fat feta
- 2 cups baby spinach
Preparation
Step 1
Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add 1 tortilla, cook 30-seconds per side.
Top with 2 Tbsps feta, cook 1 minute. Fold tortilla in half; cook until browned, 30-45 seconds per side.
Transfer to cutting board. Fold open and add 1/2 cup spinach. Fold tortilla back over filling. Cut into four wedges.
