Coconut Creme Frosting

The only difference in a muffin & a cupcake is this frosting :)

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup coconut meat
  • 1/2 cup coconut butter
  • 1 1/2 cup honey or agave
  • 1 Tbs. vanilla powder
  • 1 Tbs. organic soy lecithin

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor or blender, add all ingredients except lecithin and blend on high until well incorporated. Keep the food processor or blender running and add the lecithin. This will help smooth out the frosting.
