Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 2 peeled oranges
- 1/2 cup pitted dates or 12 unsulfured apricot halves
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Puree oranges in a food processors or high powered blender. Put cranberries and pureed oranges into a large pot and simmer gently until cranberries pop. Remove from heat.
Puree dates (or apricots) in a food processor or high powered blender.
Stir into cooked cranberry mixture. Season with cinnamon, Add chopped walnuts, if desired.
