Ingredients
- 3 oz butter
- 6 oz digestive biscuits
- 1/4 pint double cream
- small can condensed milk
- finely grated rind of 1 lemon
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
make biscuit base with butter and digestives. line 8 inch pie plate, chill in fridge
lightly whip cream and stir in condensed milk, lemon rind and lemon juice. beat until thoroughly blended. pour into prepared biscuit base and chill until set.
