Corn Fritters

Ingredients

  • cups biscuit
  • 1 can gold and white corn [drained] 11 oz.cans
  • 2 eggs ,lighten beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl , combine the biscuit ,corn , eggs ,milk , sour cream and salt just until combined .
Set deep-fat fryer on 375 deg. Drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls into hot oil ,for about 1-1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve warm .
