Mom's frozen corn

Ingredients

  • 9 cups corn
  • 2 1/2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tblsp salt (Kosher/canning)

Preparation

Step 1

Boil 5 minutes in a heavy dutch oven. Pour into ice cream pail to cool in sink full of ice.
