hot artichoke and spinach spread

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg Mrs Grass vegetable recipe, soup & dip mix
  • 1 pkg(10oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 1 can(14oz) artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 3 cups(12oz) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan or romano cheese

Preparation

Step 1

in a medium bowl, thoroughly combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and soup & dip mix. stir in spinach, artichoke hearts and mozzarella cheese. spread mixture in 2 qt baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan cheese. bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned at edges. serve warm with toasted bread rounds or crackers.
